Design

Using the latest tools, we can create concepts & intitial designs from baseline requirements

Test

After materials & mechanical knowledge has been combined, samples can be tested

Analysis

Test results, video footage & other analysis data as required (if live witness is not possible) are used for verification of the design or system

Manufacture

Once the system has been finalised following any post analysis optimisations, our specialist team can turn your requirements into reality

Sometimes its just not possible to express a concept as easily & quickly as simply sketching it by hand.

For those requiring further definition, these can be accompanied by drawings if required.

For those with the capability or desire to give further details to their ideas.

When possible, the ability to analyse an idea more thoroughly enables more of the original intent to be viewed.

Full Design Package

Models & Toleranced Drawings

Not only does this allow for full analysis of the model itself, the toleranced drawings will create design limits that cannot be exceeded for any number of reasons.

This still allows for some choices such as materials up to the supplier unless these are also specified within the package.

Build to Print

The full works

Here, you, the customer would specify all parameters & materials.

This may be your ideal solution & here all that would be required from the supplier is full traceability of all operations carried out & a full inspection report if required.
